Products manufactured under the “Scott Brothers” label, Chino Valley Dairy manufactures quality Grade A Sour Cream, Mexican Sour Cream, Whole Milk and Non Fat Yogurts. These products are available in 1/32#, 4/5#, in addition to 1#, 2#, 3#, and 4# sizes. Other products include: Frozen Yogurt, Soft Serve Mix, Ice Cream Mix, All Varieties of Milk, Orange Juice, and Buttermilk.

Javier Francisco Navarro was born in Sonora, Mexico, the oldest of five children. As a young child he had already built dreams of owning his own business and nothing was going to stop him from accomplishing his goals. He took it upon himself to leave Mexico at the age of 17 in 1977 to come to California and stay with his aunt and uncle. His venture started off working for a Tortilla company, and by the age of 19 he was promoted to general Manager of sales. By 1985, at the age of 25, he invested in his own company and became owner of a Tortilla Company named “El Maizal Mexican Foods”. He started at ground zero and by weeks end his sales increased dramatically.

In 1997, Javier opened a new brand named, Marigold Bread Line, which also succeeded in sales. By the time 2007 came around, Javier was very well known in the Sales Market place. He knew he had 30 years experience within the market and decided to start yet another new label. A Label that can be marketed not only to the Latino trade but for every culture. A label that can be distinguish throughout every language barrier by its name and logo, “Festival Foods”. When Festival foods arose in 2007, it started with only the Chicharron line, and has now developed over 35 items and still growing. Starting off again with nothing to its name, Festival has increased in sales and continues to grow. With Festival Foods Logo being the rising sun, so is Javier Navarro’s dreams and business. This is only the beginning of his success.
